Job Description

Washington Medical Center is a modern health facility equipped with state of the art medical equipment and staffed by well trained and experienced multidisciplinary team. Located in front of Rwanda Embassy in Bole area, and at bole bulbula Maryam Mazoria of Addis Ababa, provides services such as outpatient clinical service, inpatient, pharmacy, laboratory/diagnostics, and emergency medical and imagining services.

Washington medical center is looking to work with Business Development Manager. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales and Marketing and related fields of study 
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as Business Development Manager 

Skills 

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
