Located in Bishoftu and comprised of three production facilities—Home Care, Personal Care, and Supplementary Food—the company’s portfolio includes Crown, Peacock, Vitex, and many other household essentials. Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled Director Quality, SHE and Planning who is responsible to prepare the Company’s Planning and Operational Planning, enhance quality, safety, health, and environment culture by implementing cost-effective policies & procedures and cultivating company organizational culture. Added to this, He/she is responsible for the development, implementation, and strict adherence to a quality, safety, health and environment policies standards and procedures. The Director is also responsible to handle highly level planning activities to ensure the overall Company’s operations are in line with the Planning and company’s policies and procedures through examining the adequacy of risk management, monitoring operations and governance system.

Job Requirements
Competencies (Skills& abilities)
- Strong leadership skills
- Thorough knowledge of planning, Quality management, Safety and environment monitoring, and evaluation framework in manufacturing companies
- Knowledge & practical skills of the Country’s FMCG products quality management, SHE laws and regulations
- Professional and problem-solving capacity in planning and monitoring
- Strong interpersonal, analytical verbal and written skills
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Methods and techniques of effective technical report preparation and innovative, detail-oriented,
- Capable of managing multiple and high-priority assignments
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships
- Strong analytical skills to Analise and interpret data for reports
- Strategic and operational plan preparation

Qualification
Master’s degree in Economics, Business Management, or related fields with ten (10) years of demonstrated experience out of which four (4) years in a similar managerial position or bachelor’s degree in degree in Economics, Business Management, or related fields with twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience of which five (5) years in a managerial position.
