Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Service Manager who responsible for helping the company to obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. He/she coordinates with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends and to identify and close new business deals or expand existing business opportunities to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins. He/she is responsible to manage and coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex projects to achieve project outcomes and support the achievement of organizational objectives.

• Strong leadership skills.
• Proven working experience as a business development manager,
• Proven sales track record & experience in customer support 
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• Project management techniques, Sales & Market knowledge, and skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and planning skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-tasks
• Proficiency in English & Amharic
• Feasibility study, business plan and concept note preparation experience
• Financial analysis and modelling experience
• Out of the box thinker (Innovative)
• Result oriented personality
• A person with sense of ownership

Qualification and Experience:

Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Project Management, Finance, or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience out of which two (2) years in a managerial position or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Project Management, or related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience of which three (3) years in a managerial position.
