• Diploma/Certificate in Food Preparation from recognized Hotel Institute or Technical School or experience in bakery and pastry
• At Least 2 years of experience as a Baker in 3 or 4 Star Hotel, or recognized coffee shop or pastry
• Good spoken English is required
• Team player, Communication skill
• Positive attitude towards work
• Willing to work in a flexible environment
