KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

• Ensures & Make balance of issue of fixed asset from master fixed asset register book with individual balance etc.
• Ware House support of Asset registration verification and updating of all HFO asset list.
• Support all supply chain activities like those that daily activates prepare RFQ, bid analysis, orders, and collect invoices and follow warehouse GRN production
• Assist purchase documents by scanning in Prosave system
• Arranging of SRF and GRN in one box File.
• Assist & arranging of stock in store by keeping their Category in shelf.
• Ensures to prepare fixed assets loss and damage reports as and when losses occur
• Collect market survey of in the category of stationery, Building Materials, Super market items Hawassa Office 2022 first quarter, organize, make summery of analysis, and file it.
• Makes the store fixed assets ready for inventory;
• Issues items before giving tag number , registration and following the store procedures set by the organization;
• Maintains fixed assets properly records of received and issued items;
• Prepares monthly fixed asset periodic reports;
• Perform any other duties assigned immediate supervisor.
• Comply with all relevant Save the Children policies and procedures with respect to child safeguarding, fraud, health and safety, security, stock management, equal opportunities and other relevant policies.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• University Degree in supplies and/or warehouse management, Accounting, Management, IT and related fields.
• At 0 year of experience working in but enable to work supplies, warehouse management, and logistic functions.
• Basic computer skill in the standard Microsoft soft wares like word, excel, access and if possible experience in computer based database for stock management and reporting
• Good interpersonal skills,
• Proven experience working in a team.
• Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children’s aims, values and principles.
