Getasew Ayalew Import Export is willing to hire who fulfill the stated criteria for the following vacant Post position.

Purpose of the job

Property officer ensure all assets are stored properly in a secure facility. When items are delivered by the Purchaser, the Officer receives and records them into an inventory log. He then issues the items to various departments according to their requests and make documentation. When stocks are running low, the property Officer provides a list detailing the required items. In the event of theft, the Officer immediately reports the missing items to the Senior-Supply Chain Officer. Furthermore, as a Property officer, it is essential implementing the company's policies and regulations to the achievement of performance targets set by the department.

Duties and responsibilities

• The Property Officer reports to Senior Supply Chain Officer,
• Provide regular work program and progress reports,
• Prepare documents RFQ properly,
• Ensuring proper tracking of Online/Offline Purchase Requisition and
• provide feedback to the requester for any further clarification before preparing of RFQ;
• Prepare and keep up-to-date Inventory database for each purchase,
• Prepare and keep Clear and up-to-date Product category,
• Prepare weekly requisition status reports providing the most updated information about the status of each requisition;
• Receiving of materials from the Purchasers and ensure proper storage,
•  Ensure the Quality of the Goods / Distribution are done as per the required standards and are fully documented; 
• Maintain proper store/warehouse record keeping and initiate to dispatch from the warehouse/store as per the approved Distribution Plan
• Ensure that all Dispatch Order is completed and signed and ensure the acknowledgment of receipts;
• Coordinating with Procurement Officer and Senior Supply Chain Officer organizations and advice on all supply chain management processes to ensure effective;
• Establish warehouses systems and ensure appropriate warehouse management procedures in line with required standards
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships and open channels of communication across the department to consult, liaise, negotiate and contribute to overall branch and unit performance,
• Well experience on ERP application.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor,

• Maintain a proper filling of all documents for future audit and record keeping;
• Scan or Copy necessary procurement and payment documents and record to soft copies in appropriate way

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• BA Degree in supply chain management/ Management or other related field,
• Three years related experience,
