- Facilitate and lead emergency livelihood situation and recovery needs assessment in the affected population and compile and report the assessment finding.
- Take the lead of developing emergency livelihood recovery concept notes and proposals based on the assessment findings in collaboration with the support of response office and NECR team and Government offices.
- Establish and strengthen partnership with governmental and NGOs working in the area and participate task forces, networks, assessments and etc related to livelihood in the region
- Facilitate implementation of any livelihood related activities in the region as directed by the response manager.
- Facilitate selection, registration and verification of beneficiary HHs for to be addressed and submit the list in excel to response manager.
- Ensure accountability to the Affected Population, by in placing a feedback and complaint mechanisms and share the feedback report to response manager.
- Monitor response projects implementation and emergency situation changes and needs and update regularly to the response manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum BSc/BA in the fields of Agriculture, rural development and related fields.
- 2-3 years’ experience in livelihood project implementation and/or emergency response.
- NGO experience in the area is preferable.
- Knowledge and experience of emergency response is an advantage.
- Experience of new project/program phase-in
- Grass root work experience in development projects management, emergency response, especially in hardship environment.
- Experience of working in the work location is a plus
