Main Responsibilities

Oversee and Coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assure in quality of goods.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Ensure shipments and inventory transaction accuracy
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems.
• Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
• Maintain high-level integrity and discipline.
• Undertake tasks assigned by the immediate line manager.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience and Key Skills

• BA/B.Sc. in a business-related field of study.
• Minimum of two years of proven experience as a warehouse supervisor.
• Highly effective supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse ERP system and MS Office proficiency.
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.

Required Differentiating Competencies 

• Experience/fluent with company resource management system (ERP/SAP)
• Emotional intelligence.
