Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Legal Service Manager is responsible for developing the Company’s legal service strategy. Added to this he/she safeguards the Company from emerging legal issues by handling litigation services, appearing to all court levels and identifying emerging trends that may affect the Company. Furthermore, the Manger will be responsible for providing internal legal advice on matters affecting the company or its employees providing guidance on statutory compliance; ensuring that agreements are properly negotiated and documented.

Job Requirements

Competencies (Skills & abilities)

• Strong leadership skills.
• Capacity to defend the interest of the Company acting as Attorney at all Oromia Regional Courts and other courts including Federal Courts.
• knowledge and practical skills of the Country’s laws specifically, the labor laws
• Energetic and problem-solving capacity in labor dispute and other legal issues
• Strong interpersonal, analytical verbal and written skills
• Strong communications and presentation skills
• Negotiation skills
• Proven track record in Oromia regional courts related labor disputes, commercial litigations, civil suits, arbitration
• Sense of ownership and business oriented

Qualification and Experience:

Master’s degree in Law, Legislation, Business Law with six (6) years of demonstrated experience out of which four (2) years in a managerial position Or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legislation, Business Law with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience of which three (3) years in a managerial position.
