Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan project document with the relevant staff which include sactivities and developing project budget.
- Organize and lead project team of the project.
- Monitor project progress as per accepted monitoring system as per the set deadlines.
- Manage and controls the physical and financial implementation of project activities.
- All the time make himself ready for external monitoring visits, reviews, audits and evaluations.
- Build the capacity of field staff &local partners by facilitating training.
- Produce quarter, midyear, annual and special donor reports and make sure that the reports are of high quality and submitted on time.
- Represent MfM in areas where the Foundation works in collaboration with government and different stakeholders.
Job Requirement
- Number required:3 (Three)
- Qualifications: M.Sc in Agriculture, Project Management, Rural Development, Agricultural Economics, Natural Resource development, Soil and Water Conservation, Agricultural Engineering.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years and above experience in project management (managerial position)especially in rural area and has strong knowledge and skill of leadership, team work and understanding of government development priorities and donor regulations and reporting requirements for International Humanitarian Organizations.
- Language:A good command of spoken & written English
Duty stations: Oromia, Amhara and Southern Nation, Nationalities and People Region
