Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics, Management, Development Studies, Sociology and Social Anthropology, Geography, Food Security, Livelihoods, Resilience Building Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which Duties and Responsibilities: - Mobilize target communities for active participation in FSL and DRR and early warning activities - Collect, Organize and analyze livelihood and DRR situation /status in the intervention Kebeles and communicate for project coordinator and notify all concerned as need may arise. - Led and Organize FSL, DRR and early warning preliminary assessments and identify needs and priorities of the vulnerable populations in need of assistance
