Job Description

  • Design, compile and update the training material
  • Compile and manage training administration and schedule
  • Development of training documentation for the target groups
  • Design and implement a training feedback process to measure validity of training done
  • Review and update all operational and technical training manual for all business units based on new products and processes
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers (RSM) on training the teams, traveling as well as coordinating transport arrangements from one training region to the next
  • Create operational training document for target groups that currently do not have
  • Maintain an up to date training manual
  • Ensure training conducted to the teams brings in increase of sales numbers and general improvement of the team performance

Training Impact

  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
  • Evaluate and assess training's conducted
  • Compile training reports and share with relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain database of all training evaluation documents

Key Performance Objectives

  • Delivery of training, coaching and facilitation
  • Conduct training needs analysis
  • Complete training for all target groups
  • Design training modules based on need analysis or where need be
  • Conduct Refresher training

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in Business or related fields
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a training facilitation role
  • Detailed commercial and financial acumen, balanced with creative flair
  • Business Intelligence experience.
  • Customer & Sales Relationship Management.
  • Campaign management experience.
  • Strong budget management experience
  • Self-starter with a drive and ability to work independently, or with little supervision
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments Sound business operations knowledge
