We are pleased to announce the following vacancy for an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist within the Legal and Risk Function in Ethiopia. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.

Detailed Description

Reporting to the EHOD – Risk Management, the position will be responsible for leading the delivery of audits across all business processes.

Job Responsibilities

Review of the policies and procedures being set up for proper risk controls.
Plan, conduct and deliver Enterprise Risk Management processes. Identify and analyze risk of business, function, and product & services, and set up proper risk control/mitigation.
Manage the execution of Enterprise Risk Management engagements to ensure conformance to Risk Management policies, standards and procedures for the delivery of high-quality results within defined plans and budgets.
Provide assurance in strategic projects. Recommend controls that should be incorporated within the system to mitigate identified risks.
Track implementation status of Enterprise Risk Management action plans. Maintain partnership with each department to ensure that all Enterprise Risk Management processes action plans are resolved within defined timelines.
Develop and implement Continuous Enterprise Risk Management processes and Monitoring Program around key areas of concern / exposure.
Develop Governance, Risk, and Compliance(“GRC”) system.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Upper second-class degree in Business or Technology from a recognized University.
6 to 8 years working experience in business strategy planning, and project management.
Detailed knowledge of business operations is essential.
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable

Experience in execution of Enterprise Risk Management framework
Working experience in Telecommunication/ Technology
Professional certification in accounting (CPA/ACCA), Other qualifications e.g. CISA, CIA
