Requirements and skills
· Proven experience as a machine operator
· Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools
· Understanding of coffee production procedures
· Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
· Teamwork and communication skills
Ø Education
Level III/IV/BSc degree in general mechanic, electromechanical/electrical/mechanical engineering.
Ø Experience
At least 3/4/5 years of experience respectively at leading or supervising operating, engineering/maintenance team, sound understanding of machine operation principles, ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team, ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time.
