Main Responsibilities

The warehouse supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory, receiving stock, placing shipment orders, data entering the inventory management system as well as performing other backup tasks in other areas within the department.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Verify stocks, perform cycle counting and post all paperwork
• Required to undertake cycle count and inventory handover must have excellent accuracy.
• Receive, process, and perform inspections of materials, supplies, tools, fixtures, and parts.
• Maintain accurate accounting of all material received and shipped.
• Responsible for shipping, pulling orders, and completing required paperwork.
• Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all departments in the organization.
• Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse stock and items.
• In time and accurate entry into warehouse ERP/SAP system.
• Ensure moving material within the warehouse and assist in other warehouse activities as directed.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience and Key Skill

• BA Degree in a business-related field of study.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar or related field.
• Experience in warehouse ERP/SAP system and excellent MS office application performance.
• Computing skills and numbers person
