We are pleased to announce the following vacancy for Partner Account Manager within the Sales and Distribution Function in Ethiopia. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.

Detailed Description

Reporting to the EHOD Partner Management , the role holder will champion Partner Channel sell in and Relationship Management to ensure sustained channel productivity.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Deliver airtime sales revenue targets through assign Partners
  • Develop, train & motivate Assigned Partners to enhance effective distribution practices in the market
  • Ensure compliance of Partner operating standards and contracts.
  • Achieve modems/handsets sales target through assigned Partners.
  • Drive Channel Development through effective growth plans to ensure assigned Partners have adequate distribution resources (Partner Outlets/ Motorbikes and DSAs)
  • Manage Company Relationship with the assigned Partners to ensure optimum channel productivity and long term sustainability.
  • Ensure highest level of integrity especially in dealing with Partners through reinforcing high ethical and compliance standards in the sales and distribution process
  • Ensure accurate and prompt communication with Partners on issues affecting them
  • Monitor and manage Partner performance, periodic Business performance review sessions
  • End to End management of Partner head offices
  • Forecasting/projections
  • Develop& document visitation cycles /calendar
  • Cascade & align Partner network to Companys strategy
  • Effectively address Partner issue through Liason between Partner & internal stakeholder (Finanace/COPs/Legal
  • Cascade route to market strategy to the Partner network

Job Requirements

Qualifications 

  • Degree in a Business related field
  • A master’s degree in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Intermediate knowledge of business finance principles is essential.
  • 5 years hands on experience in a FMCG or service sector of which 2 years must have been in a sales Related position, preferably in a fast moving consumer goods company or Mobile telephone Company
