Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures that fixed asset register is properly maintained and depreciation is properly calculated
  • Ensures that the reserve and liquidity balance of the Company are always reasonably above the minimum required amount.
  • Prepares consolidated financial reports to the Management.
  • Arranges and facilitates various financial reports and documents to external auditors and Inland Revenue Authority for examination
  • Reviews the chart of accounts of the Company from time to time and initiates addition and deletion of accounts to circularize the changes.
  • Ensures that inventory of fixed assets agree with the fixed asset register in detail and with the fixed asset account in total.
  • Reviews and checks established accounting procedures are properly maintained and recommends improvements.
  • Ensures that timely closure of income and expense accounts.

Job Requirements

Essential Requirement

  • A minimum of BA degree in Accounting and related Fields with 8 Years of experience of which at least 4 years in supervisory position
