Duties & Responsibilities: - Collect, register, and file patient records systematically for easy retrieval,  - Ensure completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality of patient medical records,  - Ensure correct classification and indexing of patient records,  - Support the preparation of morbidity and mortality statistics,  - Compile, verify, and summarize hospital service statistics (outpatient, inpatient, laboratory, maternity, pharmacy, etc.),  - Prepare periodic reports for the hospital management and Ministry of Health (HMIS/DHIS2),  - Support data validation and quality assurance processes,  - Ensure compliance with health information laws, hospital procedures, and ethical standards, 

TVET Level IV or Diploma in ICT or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Receive, compile, sort, verify, and prepare data for entry. - Encode data from paper forms, surveys, attendance sheets, mark lists, or other sources into computer databases/software. - Perform regular self‑audit or back‑checking of entered data to ensure accuracy.

BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available LANs, WANs, WLANs, and cloud networks.  - Plan and execute network upgrades, hardware refreshes, and new technology integrations with minimal disruption to services.  - Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Library Science, Information Systems Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Records Management Database Administration, Statistics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans and library policies. - Prepare and manage the library budget. - Supervise and evaluate library staff; lead capacity building.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Science, Computer science, Software Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using appropriate programming languages. - Lead software development projects from planning to deployment.
