- Excellent knowledge of products and services provided by the hotel.
- Must have superior English language skills to facilitate effective communication process.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments
- Must be highly flexible with working hours.
GROOMING: Employee must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
