On behalf of our client DMC Construction, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the position of Building Mechanical Engineer.
Job brief
Provide technical and construction support for the real estate project including advice and guidance on mechanical works of lift, ventilation works, AC systems, and other mechanical duties during procurement, installation, commissioning, and operation.,

Minimum Qualifications
- Updated professional license
- B.Sc. In Mechanical Engineering – minimum 5 years of experience as a building structural engineer or;
- Experience in a real estate sector
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – Minimum 3 years of experience as a building structural engineer
- Post-Tensioning Process knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations
- Data-driven mindset with excellent mathematical skills
- Good communication ability in English (both written and verbal)
