BASIC FUNCTIONS
Under the general direction of the President plans, organizes, directs and coordinates all legal activities of the Bank. Additionally, ensure that the Bank activity adheres to the domestic and international laws, regulations and other internal by-laws of the bank; ascertain that appropriate organs of the Bank are given proper and timely legal counsel; make sure that legal matters of the Bank are managed and executed properly and efficiently; ensure that the rights and interest of the Bank are legally protected and studies and proposes ways to minimize legal risks of the Bank.
Job Requirement
- Education (Minimum): LLM Degree
- Experience:8 years of relevant experience; 4 of which in managerial position (Banking Experience is advantageous)
