Essential Function
Taking and distributing messages;
organize and coordinate travel arrangements;
Organize internal and external events;
Handle incoming mail and other material;
Liaison with internal and external contacts;
Operate office equipment’s like; photocopying, scanning and faxing etc. and,
Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
BA/Diploma in Administrative Management Services, Office Management and Secretarial Science, Any other related fields
Experience
2/4 years of relevant experience in banking industry, of which at least 1 year as a Secretary.
