Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment strategies and hiring plans

• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities

• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)

Job Requirements

• BA Degree in Human resource or management or related field.

• 1-year proven experience as Talent Acquisition Officer.

• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards

• Excellent communicator
