We are looking for a high-performing Sales& Marketing Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
- Responsible for the success of their company’s sales department.
- Manage multiple account inquiries to close deals
- Produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they're doing in achieving those targets and budgets based on what's happening
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Superior oral and written communication skills, a refined ability to think strategically and creatively and excellent analytical and qualitative skills coupled with sound judgment.
- Executing the marketing plan

Qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing Manager
Experience
- Must have 3 years work Sales Experience
Special Skill
- Good command of MS-office applications
