Duties and Responsibilities -Preparing and delivering lectures, seminars, tutorials, and workshops on their specialist subject. -Developing and designing courses, modules, curricula, and teaching materials, including updating them based on research and student feedback. -Assessing and grading students' coursework, assignments, and examinations. -Providing academic guidance, support, and mentoring to students, including career advice and pastoral care.
