Purpose:
An employee in this position is responsible for collecting and processing data, preparing reports on performance indicators, and analyzing them; develops measures to improve production processes and control their implementation. He/she is a key user of the GSCA Global Reporting System at the factory in NTE.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Carries out the collection in production and processing of data on production indicators from the existing databases of the production department (GSCA, BITL, SAP, etc.),
- Make data gathering easy, and enables loss and performance information at the correct point of use to support decision making,
- Ensure data is accurate & supports confidence in decision making.
- Ensure coherency of amount-based Production KPI with value based financial results by close cooperation with financial department and regular data comparison. This is essential during Month End Closing and when in need.
- Analyzes the deviations of production indicators from the established target values and determines the reasons for these deviations, as well as the need for process improvement. Prepares practical recommendations on measures aimed at improving the efficiency of production processes.
- Conducts regular meetings with the heads of the structural divisions of the production department, as well as with the shift supervisors in order to inform on the results of the analysis of production indicators and the reasons for deviations, as well as agree on action plans to improve production processes.
- Controls the timeliness of the implementation of the agreed action plant evaluates the effectiveness of the measures taken, and also promptly informs the immediate supervisor about the implementation progress and the results of these measures.
- Check and reconcile input/output CFT in production in relation to finished goods.
- Prepares statistical reports, graphs and presentations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis by the 5th day of each month, as well as upon request with the provision to the immediate supervisor.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of KPI into global collection platform, provides all required analyzes and fills data/target collection templates as per global calendars
- Is a key user of GSCA in the factory. Responsible for organizing the support and administration of the GSCA system (system configuration, setting profiles, user support, checking the system settings after implementing global changes, developing, and maintaining reports). Carries out work on the implementation of changes in the GSCA modules, as well as on training users to work with the GSCA system.
- Provides support for 5S3R implementation & it's activities in the Manufacturing Department.
- Participates in internal audits in accordance with the established procedure for 5S3R.
- Performs other tasks of the immediate supervisor within the framework of the work process and within the limits of his competence.
- Knows the health and safety requirements established by law and the employer, and follows all applicable health and safety rules and procedures
- Understands health and safety aspects of his work and learns about potential harmful and (or) hazardous production factors, and also knows and implements the necessary control measures to maintain healthy and safe working conditions at his workplace.
- Raises his level of knowledge in the field of occupational health and safety for the safe performance of work participates in occupational health and safety training and acquires the necessary knowledge and qualifications, observes, and follows warning signs, posters, warning signals and written instructions, and instructions
- Always demonstrates safe behavior, informs his immediate supervisor about accidents related to work activities, including those that did not lead to injury, and also reports on and eliminates identified unsafe working conditions and unsafe behavior within his competence
- Follows fire safety instructions, labor regulations. Organizes and maintains his workplace in accordance with the requirements of 5S3R, rules and instructions for labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire safety

- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise upon manger's request.
Job Requirements
Education:
- BA In Economics, Information Systems, and related fields
Work Experience
- 3+ years related working experiences.
Knowledge:
- Advance level English (Oral and written), MS Office- confident user, knowledge of Collective Agreement, Internal Regulations and Safety policies of the company.
Special Knowledge
- Technological processes of production and technical characteristics of production equipment.
- Requirements for the organization of workplaces in accordance with the 5S3R rules.
- Production indicators of production and methods of their calculation.
- Key parameters of quality and specifications of products.
- Basics and rules for using application programs used by the employer (SAP, QIMS, GSCA, BITL);
- Knowledge of the computer at the advanced level (Advanced Level); Basics of office work.
- Basics of ethics, rules of business communication.
- Rules and norms of labor protection, safety engineering, industrial sanitation and fire safety.
