Essential Function
Support the Design and establishment of employee Performance Management system framework for the bank;
Facilitate the line of sight; the objective setting process and the preparation of Operationalization document for all objectives across the departments & divisions;
Work with all Departments to set Goal & Targets;
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Job Requirements
Qualifications
BA in HRM, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, and related fields.
Experience
3 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Junior PMS & Succession area or related experience.
