Essential Function
- Answering incoming calls, social media request/queries and respond to customers emails,
- Management and resolve customer complaints,
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors and,
- Perform other duties as required

Qualifications
- BA in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Business Administration or related field,
Experience
- One (1) year of relevant experience in banking industry.
