Job description
- Configures, administers and maintains the Domain Controller (the Database), the Proxy and Exchange servers; and company system.
- Monitors system logs, activity and documents and logs all changes to system software and configurations;
- Ensures the network line, switches, etc… are functioning properly;
- Creates, modifies and removes user accounts and client computers on the server;
- Ensures that all the client computers are in LAN;
- Ensures that operating systems and the MS-offices and other standard application packages of client computers are functioning properly;
- Maintain and Follow up the maintenance of IT hardware and software when outsourced;
- Researches new technologies and present recommendations on major hardware and software purchases;
- Coordinates the maintenance, monitoring, performance tuning, backup and recovery of data bases;
- Provides help desk end-users support services on both software and hardware and database network;
- Ensures that preventive and corrective maintenance are regularly carried out on company’s computer and accessories;
- Installs, test, maintains and upgrades network operating systems software; ensures that branches are automated and linked on-line to the central database;
- Monitors network capacity performance; analyses network load, diagnoses and resolves network problems;
- Plans of reviews the acquisition, development, maintenance and use of information technology and company communication systems (platforms) that encompasses servers, heavy duty printers, UPS, network communication equipment and others;
- Directs the preparation of specifications for computer hard wires and soft wire, and other accessories; evaluates the selection and installation of computer equipment; develops, tests and implements computer based information system including application software and operating system;

Education Background
- Diploma or BSc In Computer Science or other related field
- The candidate should have related work experience of 2 to 3 years,
