Job Requirement    

Qualification:

Education: 

• .MA/BA in Accounting / Finance, proven skill and experience as Finance Manager, Competence and IFRS.

Experience:

• At least 6/8 years of relevant experience, of which 4 years in senior financial managerial position, preferably in Health Sector

Skills:

• Skills of fundamentals of financial accounting,
• budgeting, financial analysis, compliance, risk management, internal control,
• closing of accounts, and other accounting principles.
• Skill in Problem Solving Abilities, Leadership, Strategic Vision, Cash Management.

Additional Requirements:

• Health sector experience is highly preferable
• Proficient user of various database and finance application software (Peachtree, Microsoft apps, …..)
• Financial analysis and extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market
• Strong interpersonal skill, strong familiarity and ability to use digital system
• Strong know-how of the country’s relevant rules, regulations and proclamations
• Senior managerial level experience of leading early and growth stage investments in Ethiopia
• Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance.
