  • Level II TVET complete in Passenger Vehicles Driving (≤ 12 seats) and 1-year work experience Or
  • 12th grade complete or 10th grade complete in the new education policy, 3rd  grade driving license & 2 years driving work experience Or
  • 8th grade complete, 4rd grade driving license & 4 years driving work experience
