Job Description

Job Description: - We are hiring for a Senior Liaison Coordinator who can monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business and collaborate successfully with other entities outside of the business and as well as with the overall project activities. Besides, able to coordinate the liaison team for effective and better outcome.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity;
  • Compile reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about an important issue for the business;
  • Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and the other entity;
  • As necessary represents the Company in Governmental and other entities to process administrative and other routine matters;
  • Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business;
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure optimal customer services delivery;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and travel with team to contests;
  • Attends to matters relating to passport, travel insurance, visa, foreign currency and other special travel requirements of the Society’s personnel travelling abroad on business;
  • Participate in the planning and execution of events organized by the department;
  • Report and provide feedback to management using quantitative and qualitative reports.

Requirements

Academic qualification

  • Degree in Business Management, Logistic, Public Administration Law, or similar field

 Additional qualifications

  • Exceptional Coordination Ability.
  • Good knowledge of computer software like MS office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems
  • Capability to negotiate with and influence others
  • Extensive experience in handling tasks at the different governmental offices
