Job Description

Our client in the malt production sector is looking forward to hiring a Receptionist. If you have been working in customer service, front office management, or office administration, then this is the job for you.  

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and answer inquiries.
  • Coordinate the reception area properly and as per company standard  
  • Direct visitors to the concerned employee in the factory    
  • Maintains telecommunication system/PBX /by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation. 
  • Manage outsourced janitors’ cleaning services  
  • Control catering service delivery. Take appropriate measures if necessary. 
  • Identify needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen 
  • Process administrative purchase requests from various departments within the company and get price quotes for suppliers and forward it to the procurement department  
  • Schedule deliveries and follow up on missing or late deliveries. 
  • Takes care of safety and own health as well as those of the other concerned persons; 
  • Respects and applies the rules of safety of the division (including Personal Protective Equipment)
  • To report any incident that may affect product quality, the safety of workers in the environment, or energy consumption, as a result of internal stakeholders (employees, trainees, etc.) and external (outside companies’ temporary staff, etc.).
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the line manager

Requirements:

  • BA in Office Management, Management, or any related fields.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Experience in corporate administration and office management 
  • Previous FMCG experience is a plus 
  • Excellent skills using MS Office and Internet Explorer  
  • Good time management and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work in teams and work under pressure
