About DPO
Development for Peace Organization (DPO) is one of the Non-Governmental Humanitarian organizations. DPO is being implementing various Humanitarian projects in both Emergency and Development settings in Different Regional States of the country.
Major Duties:
The HR officer reports to the Operation Manager and HR Officer has expected to have a clear understanding of DPO’s objectives and be able to devise and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within the organization which select develop and retain the right staff needed to meet these objectives. The incumbent is not only deal with staff welfare and administration centered activities but also strategy and planning HR departments are expected to add value to the organization they support.
