Qualification:
- BA Degree or above in Human resource
- Be able to handle administration department work independently
- Very familiar with Ethiopia Labor Proclamations, regulations and relevant policies, laws
- Experience in Managing factory employees
- Can deal with different issue between employee and company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Englis
- Skills in using basic computer applications and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attitude & team work

- Work Experience: above 5 years work experience in manufacturing company preferable
