Job Description

This is an internship position, mainly for fresh graduates

• Handling all the issues related to the Active or passive spare parts starting from submitting the PR's as requesting from the Delivery point, going through controlling it in all the related sub-office warehouses include different regions, ensuring high quality spare parts warehousing and effective domestic distribution,
• Handling all the issues related to the Generators and 3rd party material starting from submitting the PR's as requesting from the customer, going through controlling its in the above mentioned different sub-office include different regions, ensuring high quality material warehousing and effective domestic distribution,
• Make the Communication bridge between the suppliers and our technical team to ensure the best quality of the supplied material,
• Lead and manage a team under his direct supervision in the head-office manage line and functional (Bidding, auctions, collecting warehousing data and domestics) 
• Ability & skills to do Dashboards, reports and presentations up & downwards the managerial hierarchy and customers,
• Ensure that all the SP business in running well and achieve all the high score KCP and enhance the problems to keep it up
• Provide monthly performance reports to the client on the agreed KPI's listed the SLA.
• In addition a regular measurement, statistical data and other information regarding spare parts delivery and faulty units return,
• Sending key massages to illustrate the achievement of certain goals.
•  Arrange meetings with the client in frequently bases

Job Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Commercial or engineer or equivalent and fluent English is a plus.
2. Able to demonstrable experience of working in a Mobile Operators or Vendor O&M environment
