1. JOB SUMMARY
Working with and reporting to the Programs Manager, the Public Facilities will be responsible for the planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling the public facilities operation and public facilities sites in the Program- Office. This role will work closely with MSIE Program Manager and private health sector support officer, mobile outreach team, quality, and training officer, support office channel leads, and other key government and private stakeholders to ensure the attainment of both public facilities and project objectives.
This role has a focus on ensuring that the two project deliverables are met on time, that manufacturing industries' outputs are of a high standard, and meet the demands of internal and external stakeholders are used to improve women's employee health and women empowerment at large. He/she is tasked with providing technical support to the government public facilities including quality assurance t clinical mentorship, coaching, and performance management of the channel performance. He/she is also responsible for the timely preparation and submission of monthly performance reports to the Programs Manager.

A. Qualification Requirements
a. Education:
BSc/MSc/MPH in Nursing or Public Health
b. Experience:
Four to Six years of experience as clinical service provider and in managing SRH activities
B. Skills, Attitudes and Attributes
· Committed to the protection of team members and clients, with a focus on vulnerable groups.
· Able to role-model inclusive and culturally sensitive attitudes and behaviors
· Understanding major policies/issues of large bilateral/multilateral donors, government policies, regional policies;
· Good clinical skill in SRH services
· Strong working knowledge of business practices in the country;
· Collaborative approach to team working;
· Strong personal commitment to the goals of MSI and to put it into practice;
· Good interpersonal/communication skills - both oral and written;
· Good training/coaching skills
· Advanced analytical and organizational skills;
· Negotiation skills;
· Knowledge of local Languages where applicable is required;
· Pro choice
