• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
• Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
• Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
• Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
• Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
• Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
• Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.
• Follow-up on leads / increase customer base through acquisition
• Maintain and increase long lasting relationships with our most important customers
• Manage and overview data in CRM systems
• Deliver on Sell in & sell out targets
• Design & implement territory management strategies to optimize customer coverage
• Build & promote long lasting customer relationships and identify emerging markets while being fully aware of new products & competition status
• Monitor company's sales KPI and sales performance
• Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Cooperate with Commerce MT (Distribution Manager / Field Sales Manager / Tele sales Manager / Commercial Director) to optimize sales processes and organization

Job Requirements

• Minimum of BA Degree
• Excellent Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Structured
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• In-depth understanding of sales & RTM strategies
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Energetic and passionate to learn & lead
