Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible in Increasing customer satisfaction and confidence by ensuring all issues identified are dealt with and provided a solution within the required timeframe.
• Responsible for new site & cluster KPI follow-up, troubleshooting, new feature validation.
• Understanding and keeping under control the customer issues with the proper communication to the client.
• Responsible for overseeing the design, deployment, and optimization of wireless telecommunications networks
• Overseeing pre-deployment equipment analysis, technology assessment, radio network planning, access planning, and interference analysis.
• Supervise optimal network performance, KPI and network statistics analysis, and parameter optimization.
• Managing the day to day operations of the projects, interface with project managers, answer technical questions as well as day to day operational questions.
• progress tracking, quality management and control. 
• Provide support for on-site major operations, on-site operations, or remote guidance. 
• Manage the centralized equipment engineering function. 
• Providing advisory services to major network equipment venders and mobile operators in the areas of network planning, network architecture and solution development, as well as radio coverage planning and optimization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or above in telecommunication, computer science, electrical engineering or related fields. 
• More than 5 years of experience in wireless, microwave, radio transmission, antenna, communications and electronics, or related fields of optimization.
• Proficient knowledge of mobile communications and principles of GSM/UMTS products, signaling flow and protocols, electromagnetic theory, radio transmission, antenna system, and so on.
• Ability to implement and supervise optimization project. Person who has relative project experience is preferred
• Deep knowledge of 2G,3G,4G Optimization
• Word, Excel, Map info, Google earth, VBA and other programming skill will be will be an asset.
• Fluency in English or good English communication skills.
