Job Summary

  • The Receptionist receives and welcomes guests in the waiting areas of the Bank, handles visitor inquiries, receives phone calls and handles sending/dispatching and receiving mails to the proper address.

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • College Diploma in Secretarial Services or other relevant fields.
  • Relevant professional qualifications and certifications.

Experience

  • At least two (2) years’ post qualification experience in a similar role

  • Interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, including ability to build collaborative relationships with sensitivity to diversity/inclusion.
