Essential Function

  • Partners with internal stakeholders, such as the HRM, to analyze development needs of the bank, develop learning plan for all job grades and identify effective development solutions that support the continuous growth of the business;
  • Works closely with national and international organizations that effectively practice organizational learning and/or vendors, and explore and contextualize all aspects of learning resources and solutions proactively;
  • Reviews and make suggestions on the content of learning curricula proactively by staying abreast of industry best practices and keeping updates with regulatory and compliance requirements in order to enhance and maintain quality;
  • Manages the implementation of strategic learning initiatives and projects, such as analyze learning needs and outcomes, write up proposal, develop and design learning solutions, evaluate the effectiveness and so;
  • Creates and manages knowledge management platform that would enable the bank to effectively promote and utilize its knowledge assets;
  • Periodically track the strengths and limitations of the bank and continuously support all stakeholders to improve them;

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • B.A in Human Resource/Management/Business Administration/ Marketing or related fields;

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in the banking industry of which 2 years as Organizational Development Officer or related. Experience in talent management, organization structure and culture development principles and practices are advantageous.
