- በምዝገባ ወቅት አመልካቾች ዋናውን የትምህርት ማስረጃ ኦርጅናልና ከማይመለስ ፎቶ ኮፒ ጋር ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
- መንግስታዊ ካልሆኑ ተቋማት የሚቀረብ የሥራ ልምድ ማስረጃ የሥራ ግብር የተከፈለበት መሆኑ የተረጋገጠ መሆን አለበት፡፡
- hደረጃ 1 እስከ ደረጃ V የትምህርት ደረጃ ያላቸው አመልካቾች የሙያ ምዘና የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ማስረጃ (COC) ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
