Raras Technologies is one of the leading systems integrator in the country that provides various ICT solutions to the commercial, private, government, non-government and telecom sectors. Currently our company is seeking to hire professionals with the following vacant positions;
General Duties:
Propose and customize Core Banking solution to meet customer requirements through team and individual effort. Participates in the analysis and composition of requirements, design of architectural and component Core banking features, customize and build software from vendors, but not limited to, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, SAP
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working with an agile team to customize, integrate, test and maintain software from vendors, but not limited to, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, SAP.
Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories and estimates
Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of Core banking
Design and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and deployment
Working with teammates in the migration of applications, end user knowledge transfer and support of deployed systems
Analyze and resolve technical application problems during deployment and after deployment as being first level technical contact for customer support
Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
Understand and work software projects with DevOps tools
Assist in preparation of bid response documents for core banking Solutions as per the customer requirement and generate the below documents in collaboration with vendors like Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, SAP etc,.

Job Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
Banking business knowledge is an added advantage
Professional ICT qualifications such as MCSE, MTA, Oracle etc. is an added advantage
