Sales operator Job Description:

We are looking for multiple sales operators to be posted at our sales sites for the purpose of providing our clients the assistance needed to perform their desired transactions.

• There will be a mandatory training provided by the company after hiring process is complete.

Sales Operator Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand to the best of their abilities technical operations and business operations of the project they are assigned to.

• Be present and available at an assigned sales location with full determination and readiness.

• Educate and assist clients who come forth with any questions or in need of assistance.

• Taking the proper training provided and using the knowledge to perform all expected tasks.

• Running diagnostic checks if any technical issues appear.

• Tasking control of situations that may arise at sales locations and keeping the operations continuous.

Job Requirements

• Experience with usage of computers and multipurpose software applications

• BA degree in Marketing or any related field

• Minimum 2 years work experience in sales or any related field

• Have to be permanent occupant in Addis Ababa

• Age restriction (22 – 30)
