Responsibilities:

-Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

-Take care of full hiring process of employees, including recruitment, interviews, verifying work history and tracking of new possible candidates.

-Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.

-Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities

-Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)

Job Requirements

Requirements:

•  BA Degree in Human resource or management or related field.

•  1-year proven experience as Recruitment Officer.

•  Proficient in the use of social media and job boards

•  Fluent English and Excellent communicator.
