Place Of Work: North East Hub (Kombolcha)
Contract Duration: 28 February 2023
Ensure all drivers WVE are using GPS, follow compliance of all trips as per the approved trip request and submit essential violation report for appropriate action.
Maintain detailed, accurate, and up to dated history data of all vehicles of WVE found across the country, submit the required information as needed
Assist the fleet coordinator with scheduling vehicle assignment, updating vehicle status, driver assignments and registration information daily.
Keeps maintenance and repair data and fuel tickets documents and logbook reconciliation.
Collect required data from field offices and compiled and updated periodic report of the fleet management.
Perform vehicles accident reporting to Insurance Company, make follow up for timely maintenance, claims settlement and maintain incident record.
Support the fleet team on vehicle annual inspection and insurance policy renewal periodically.
Perform other related duties as required
Minimum Qualifications & Work Experience Requirements:
Must have degree/Diploma in management, Logistics & supplies Management or related field of study. Must have minimum work experience of 2 years for degree and 6 years for Diploma in related area.
Must have Basic computer skills- in Excel, MS Word and lotus notes
Must have 2nd grade driving license
Effective in written and verbal communication in English
