  • Reception/Customer Care Operations
  • To receive and transfer calls
  • List of the members of staff and their respective extensions and mobile numbers
  • Be familiar with the international codes
  • Sorting out of letters and ensure receipt by intended receipts and collect signature from recipient
  • Giving administrative support to top level managers and all staff
  • Newspapers distribution
  • Receipts of invoices and the people dealing/sorting out
  • Record keeping and confirming invoice received. Raise claim for payment.
  • Stationery management
  • Raise for monthly Admin stationery
  • Follow up and distribute after supply
  • Coordinating meetings and booking rooms
  • Manage the cafeteria provisions. Ordering, restocking and price control
  • Receiving of visitors and directing them to their destinations
  • Receipt and Dispatch of courier parcels (following the procedure)
  • Receipt of letters and parcels from other courier companies and walk-in and distribute them.
  • Liaising with the security with regards to power shortage and reporting the same to Power utility distributor and doing a follow-up to ensure adequate supply is restored.
  • Liaising with Directorate on transportation of guests and issuing of taxi credit vouchers.
  • Transfer of calls in absentia
  • Manage visitor cards
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate report/Territory Manager
