• Leads and directs General Service activities

·         Supervise cleaners and guards

·         Provision of uniforms and safety materials as per the pre-designed plan of the division

·         Monitors the plantation of grasses, watering and up keeping plants flowers

·         Managing and controlling employee’s cafeteria and its cleanness

·         Carries out perpetual and periodic inventory

·         Initiates purchase request when the stock reach re- order level

·         Controlling and supervise vehicles management activities

·         Assures the continuous provision of water and power supply to the center

·         Performs office furniture and fixtures maintenance minor construction, such as office partitions etc. assembling and disassembling newly arrived or existing furniture & others

·         Participates in and assists in the preparation of performance plan and yearly operating and capital expenditures; propose / provide ingredients to develop/review office space utilization and layout design manual/procedures

·         Trains and transfers skills on newly acquainted material’s or exiting once to user staff; map keys of every office consulting users’ department/ division/ offices and branch offices

·          Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

·         Computer skills, Micro soft word and excel is essential 

·         Must be able to manage multiple tasks.

·         Excellent organizational and planning skills.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to read, interpret and summarize documents.

·         Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

·         Must be able to work proactively and anticipate future needs or obstacles before they arise.

·         Demonstrate initiative in the work environment.

 .      TVET 10+3\Level 4 Diploma or Equivalent General Mechanic, Electricity or related

·    Minimum of one year as general service technician  experience, preferably experience with a fast-moving company.
