Naflet hotel is a top notch world class hotel located in Adama. The board of directors of this upscale hotel are planning to open the hotel to the public as of September 2022. Naflet hotel’s directors are highly committed to offering superior service to its clients. To attain this objective, the board of directors are looking for talented and passionate hotel professionals for the following vacant positions.  Naflet’s directors are committed to training and developing its employees so that they can be able to utilize their abilities and skills in order to perform their assigned tasks at top level and they are able to gain needed knowledge and skills for themselves as well. 

Term of Employment: Permanent after successful completion of probation period

Job Requirements

Required qualification

  • BA degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Management, or related fields.

Experience

  • At least three years’ experience as front office manager or front office supervisor in 4 or 5 star hotel.

Human relations skill

  • Good human relation skill and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.

Language proficiency

  • Good command of spoken and written English is required.

  • Knowledge of additional national and international languages is desirable.

Computer skills

  • Command of computer applications & working knowledge of Cnet software.

Industry knowledge

  • Good hospitality industry and hotel product knowledge and salesmanship skill.
