We are pleased to announce the following vacancy for Delivery Manager within the Enterprise Technology Access Function in Ethiopia. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below. 

Detailed Description

Reporting to the EHOD: Enterprise Technology Access, The role holder will be responsible to deliver projects for our the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) customers either independently or as part of programme to time cost and quality criteria, whilst operating within the established organizational delivery framework.

The Delivery Manager has overall responsibility for delivery of an in-scope Fixed Wireless Access projects, in line with the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) solutions and that has been signed off by the EBU, either as a small standalone project or as part of a larger more complex programme.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creates detailed project plans encompassing all deliverables & ensuring stakeholder buy in.  Manage change control using the appropriate process. 

  • Creates and sustains collaborative working relationships across the customer, suppliers, and internal delivery teams, defining clear roles and responsibilities.

  • Maintain a project finance tracker and utilize change control for cost variation from original baseline.Have a complete understanding of change control domain. Awareness of the commercial impact of change including; cost ownership, milestone status, project margin, total contract value (TCV) and aligned resources.

  • Complies with Project Delivery Life-cycle methodology which is supported by industry project management standards such as PRINCE2.

  • Establish & maintain a Risk and Issue register, whilst identifying new risks and responses as well as mitigation strategies throughout the life-cycle of the project. 

Job Requirements

  • Project management qualification (PMP) such as Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent

  • Significant proven Project Management experience of managing large and complex projects

  • Self-motivated individual with good organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills

  • Agile experience is desirable.
